Prince William is reportedly being “pressured” into being the “bigger brother” and forgiving Prince Harry, just days after his return to the UK. The once-close brothers are no longer on speaking terms, with the last time they spoke in person unknown.
It has been reported that Harry’s move to the UK will create a “very difficult” dynamic between the brothers, especially since they are now both in the same country. Speaking to HELLO!, royal expert Katie Nicholl claims that Harry has William “over a barrel” with his move, as a reconciliation appears much more likely.

She told the publication: “In many ways, Harry’s really got William over a barrel because it will be very difficult with them being geographically so much closer and Harry being welcomed back into the royal fold by his father, at least, for William to be adamant that there will be no reconciliation.”
Speaking further about the brothers, she added: “There will be some pressure on William from perhaps the Archbishop or other church members.
“As a future King and a Christian member of the Royal Family who will one day be head of the Church of England, I think there will be an expectation and some pressure on him to step up to the plate and be the bigger of the brothers and to show forgiveness.
“I think this move to Britain will accelerate that inevitable reconciliation which will have to come at some point.”
She added: “At the heart of this has been a massive breakdown in trust between the two brothers, and actually between the four of them (William, Harry, Kate and Meghan).

“The one thing we know about William is he is absolutely committed to the future of the monarchy, and therefore he is in quite an unenviable position, and his hand is really being forced on this.”
Speaking of Diana, former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond told The Mirror that she would have understood Harry’s previous decision to move to America – but that she would not have allowed the feud between her sons “to run so deep or [for] so long”.
Speaking of what Diana would have done to try to fix the feud between her two sons, she added: “She would have found a way to knock their heads together and make peace.”
