Donald Trump has launched a furious attack against Iran in yet another unhinged outburst as tensions in the Middle East soar to alarming levels. Taking to his social media platfrom Truth Social, the US President once again insisted the US has “total control over the Strait of Hormuz“.
Claiming that Iran is the “Bully of the Middle East No Longer”, Mr Trump insisted that all they have is “fake news and 300% inflation”. His furous rant also alleged that Iran is “shot” and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) “is decimated and fleeing”. Trump’s outburst concluded with “Praise be to Allah!”

His full remarks read: “The U.S.A. has total control over the Strait of Hormuz. I THINK WE WILL KEEP IT! Our Naval Blockade is being called, by everyone, ‘A WALL OF STEEL,’ and there is nothing Iran can do about it.
“They have no Navy, they have no Air Force, their remaining soldiers are unpaid, the IRGC is decimated and fleeing, and their ‘Leadership’ is uncertain, at best! They have No Money – Their country is ‘shot’.
“All they have is FAKE NEWS and 300% INFLATION, and getting worse! Iran is all talk and no action, the Bully of the Middle East No Longer. Praise be to Allah! President DONALD J. TRUMP.”
The two countries have remained locked in an active military conflict for almost six months now.
This comes just hours after Trump confirmed he had to use a different plane to travel home from the NATO summit in Turkey due to a possible threat.
The US President reportedly hid in a modified catering cart to be transported from the Air Force One, which he was seen boarding, to a secret jet as he made his getaway from Ankara last month.
Footage shared by CNN appeared to show him boarding Air Force One at 8.24pm local time before the reportedly modified food cart was seen pulling away at 8.30pm.
Trump previously called himself the “number one target” for Iran during his time in Ankara for the NATO summit.
