It’s time for right-wing voters to get tactical.

An analysis by Sky News has found something startling based on recent polling. In essence Restore and the Conservatives are turning out to be Prime Minister Andy Burnham’s best buds. The Tories and Reform are eating into each other’s vote base, allowing Labour to come in through the middle in hundreds of constituences if an election was held right now.
Since the Tories are responsible for so much of the disaster we are in – and Reform actually has a chance of winning an election (unlike Restore) and actually delivering (unlike the Tories) – there is a very strong case that it is the Conservatives who are effectively helping Burnham the most.

There are scores of constituencies across Britain where Reform and the Tories are battling it out. If their voters voted tactically (and backed the party which has the best chances of both winning and delivering) the Reform/Right-wing bloc would be on 470 seats out of 650.
That’s a monster majority with which Nigel Farage could transform the UK in exactly the direction Right-leaning voters want.
And get this, even if just half of these voters voted tactically, a Reform/Right-wing bloc would be on 383 seats. Well over the 326 MPs needed to form a government.
As for Restore, a wasted vote for a party with absolutely no chance of forming a government, Rupert Lowe’s party could split the vote for Reform in 50 constituencies, handing power straight back to Labour.
Put simply, if Restore voters really want a genuinely patriotic government, a vote for Rupert Lowe’s party instead of Reform is guaranteed to deliver the exact reverse of what Restore voters want.
As for the Tories, this is a party which botched Brexit, created the ‘Boriswave’ of uncontrolled immigration, failed to leave the ECHR, and catalysed the small boats crisis. That’s before we get to high debt, high taxes and high crime.
Conservative voters: are you going to be sucked in by an Establishment stitch up against Reform or are you going to vote for the one party which can clear up the Labour-Tory mess? Those Boriswave migrants will be eligible for permanent residency from now until 2030.
Do Tory voters trust the Conservative Party to fix a problem they created? Do Restore voters want much of the same?
A genuine patriotic Centre-Right government could be on around 400 seats. None of us who long to change the UK and end our national insanity can afford to waste our votes.

Medics tried to revive the man, but he was sadly declared dead at the scene.

A man has died amid a reported scramble for places on a UK-bound dinghy. French prosecutors on Friday said they had opened criminal enquiries into two tragedies on their country’s coasts, believed to involve migrants trying to reach the UK.
On Thursday morning, fighting broke out on the coast at Camiers, south of Boulogne-sur-Mer, following “reports of a migrant-carrying vessel in distress”, according to a spokesman for the Pas-de-Calais prefecture. He also said: “Around thirty individuals managed to board the boat, but an adult male was then found in the water, and in cardiorespiratory arrest”. Medical experts tried to revive the man, who has not been identified, but he was later declared dead at the scene.
This came as around 781 migrants arrived in the UK on Wednesday, after crossing the English Channel, the highest number on a single day so far this year.
The cumulative number of arrivals by small boats in 2026 now stands at 18,565, according to provisional figures from the Home Office.
A separate fatal incident happened on the beach at Neufchâtel-Hardelot, the French spokesman added, saying the “body of a person in their thirties, of African appearance, was discovered” there.
The latest deaths mean that at least 21 people, including women and children, have died in the Channel this year as they tried to get to Britain. The worst tragedy of this kind came in November 2021, when 27 migrants died after a dinghy sank while heading to the UK – the highest recorded number of deaths from a single incident.

The surge in crossings also indicates that people-trafficking gangs are still getting hold of dinghies and outboard motors with ease, despite a crackdown on supply routes.
In further chaotic scenes, a dinghy launched from near Bayeux, in Normandy, made a record 38-hour voyage.
They launched just before 10am on Monday and, on Tuesday afternoon, were picked up by RNLI lifeboats and later transferred to a Border Force cutter. The 51 migrants aboard were eventually brought ashore at Dover in the early hours of Wednesday.
The total number of arrivals, according to Home Office figures, is down 42% on the equivalent point last year, when the total stood at 32,188. It is also 26% below the figure at this stage in 2024, when the total was 25,165, figures showed.
